Pen Show Events
A pen show is a fantastic experience for both pen enthusiasts as well as purveyors of fine writing instruments. If you have the opportunity to visit your local pen retailer in-store event, or a major exhibition located in ballrooms at premium hotel venues, we are sure you will have access to see, and handle hundreds of pens ranging from $10 to over $1,000. You will have a chance to pre-view models before they are officially launched to the general public, see prototypes and pens old and new from around the world.
YAFA offers more than 600 fine writing instrument designs in a wide choice of models, writing modes, filling mechanisms and finishes. It is not realistic for any one retailer to stock every single pen, but it is possible for YAFA to bring all 600+ pens to a major pen show exhibition.
During the major annual pen shows sponsored by YAFA, we hand out more than 400 swag bags containing a writing instrument, pen refills and bottle of ink to the general public. The bag is reusable and has an imprint of the pen show event and date. Many pen show attendees like to collect all our bags and bottles of ink to remind them of their fond memories and the fun time that can be had at pen shows.
We also have several door prizes throughout a major pen show event. During Washington DC show there were more than 2,000 visitors from 12 countries – all passionate about writing instruments. YAFA arranged for 20 pen prizes throughout the show, in addition to offering the show pen as the major door prize.
